What do my documents need to reflect in order to get a replacement social security card?
================
Your documents need to reflect your proof of citizenship.
Have you already established proof of your citizenship with us?
Yes, I have already confirmed this.
We would need to see proof of U.S. citizenship such as a U.S. birth certificate or a U.S. passport.
Do the documents have to be current?
Yes, in order for us to accept the documentation it must be current and not expired.
What forms of proof can I use to verify my identity?
You may use a U.S. driver's license, a U.S. passport, or a state issued ID card.
What happens if I don't have any of these forms of identification?
If you don't possess any of these id's, we will ask to see other documents that are current and that can verify your name, date of birth, and preferably a recent photo.

Can I turn in copies of the documents?
