I'm not quite sure what I need to do to correct my information on my Social Security Card.

Yes I have recently married and have taken my husband's name.

Do I need other documents?
We will also need to see your Employee identification card which must be current, not expired and show your name, identifying information such as date of birth or age and preferably a recent photograph
And how do I prove my name change?
Proof of your legal name change must be shown and we accept an official Marriage document.
