The Feedback Center is a useful function that allows you to submit an array of things, including submitting complaints, any concerns you may have, any suspicious activity that you encounter. You can also use this Center to give positive feedback or review cases that have already been submitted
I have already submitted a complaint to the Feedback Center and don't agree with the response I received. Have I any further recourse?
If you receive a response in relation to a complaint that you don't agree with or that you believe to be incorrect, you should follow the procedure to resolve disputes. You are advised to do this before you contact the Federal Student Aid Ombudsman Group
