Afternoon. I'm reaching out because I received a Traffic Ticket from the Traffic Violations Bureau and I don't know what to do.
================
I mean I'm pretty sure the decision was incorrect, so I believe I can appeal that..
My violation points from a 18 month period does not add up 11. What's the consequence if they add up 11 or more?.
In that case your license may be revoked or suspended following a hearing.
================
Yes that's what they did. But I was also issued a ticket before that, but I don't know what to do with that.
Follow the instructions on the ticket for the plea you wish to make , and act promptly.
Just to be sure, you didn't answer your ticket in the time allowed, is thast correct?
Yes, I didn't answer the ticket is that bad?.
Yes, that's basically why you got your license suspended. You were found guilty of the charge of "failure to respond a default conviction" so that's why your license now is suspended. It has nothing to do with your violation points adding up 11 or more (since it's not your case, because they add up less)
================
So can I get another date for my hearing? I mean, I know I can't postpone it now, but I'd like some sort of appeal to explain or get a chance to another hearing.
 The appropriate TVB must receive your request by mail at least 10 days before the date of the scheduled hearings (your hearing happened already) but you can request another hearing in person at that office.
