I certainly can.  A college or university co-op training program lets you get full-time work experience in between periods of going to school full time.   You may be able to get help paying for some of your costs like books, tuition, and housing if you are part of a co-op.

I am not yet, no, but I would like to begin my education and this sounds like it may be very helpful.
If you are not meeting those criteria then you are not eligible for this veterans' benefit.
