I requested a decision review on a VA supplemental claim, and I need to know what to do next.
================
I can certainly assist you with that. After a review, you don't have to do anything while you wait.
Has the VA contacted you for additional information since the review? Or have they scheduled any additional exams for you?
No, they haven't contacted me at all about the review or anything yet.
================
They said the original claim was rejected because there wasn't enough proof. I gathered more evidence 2 years ago but just filed the decision review last week. Is there a time limit on when I can get new evidence?
Yes, you only have a year from the original claim to have it reviewed in most cases, unless you have a Fiduciary or Multiple party claim.
================
Oh, good, mine is a multiple party claim. But if I find any more evidence, how do I make sure they get it?
You can submit it to them yourself, or you can ask the VA to submit any evidence like medical records.
================
How I submit the forms?
The "yourdecision" page has instructions on how to submit your form.

I have some evidence from a federal facility that I was at. How do I get that evidence submitted?
The VA can help you obtain and submit that evidence for you.
