Appendix No 1 to the Treaty on the sublease of the apartment of 13 May 2016
The following day, months and year are closed by Marta Burešová, r. no. 695604/3017 by flat: Radimova 8, Prague 6, postal code: 169 00 as a tenant on the one hand (hereinafter referred to as "the tenant") and Karolína Černá, r. no. 136205/891 by apartment: Alfrédova 13, Prague 4, Postal code: 142 00 as a sub-tenent on the other (hereinafter referred to as "sub-publisher") also as a ‘Contracting Party’ this Appendix No 1 to the Agreement on the lodge of an apartment of 13 May 2016 (hereinafter referred to as Appendix No 1)
I.
Introductory provisions
On 13 May 2016, a sublease agreement was concluded between the tenant on the one hand and the lodger on the other, on the basis of which the tenant left the lodger to use apartment No. 4 (exameter 49 m2) with a size of 1+1/L on the 1st floor of the house in Prague 4, Alfrédova 13, Postal Code: 142 00, k. ú. Kamýk (hereinafter referred to as the "subject apartment" and hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement on the sublease of the apartment), including in the Contract on the lodgings of an apartment of more specified equipment and accessories.
The owner of the apartment in question is the housing cooperative "House Cooperative Alfredova 13", ID No.: 123 45 678, based in Prague 4, Kamýk, Alfrédova 13, Postal Code: 142 00 (hereinafter referred to as the "House Cooperative").
On the basis of a statement made by the tenant in the Contract on the sublease of the apartment, the tenant's husband (Mr. Martin Bureš, r. No.: 760305/3920) expressed his consent to the conclusion of the Contract for lodgings of the apartment.
The tenant, signing this Appendix No. 1, then declares that even with this Appendix No 1, her husband expressed his consent.
In Art. III of the sublease agreement, entitled "Funding time", was agreed by the tenant and the lodger that the apartment in question would be left to the sublee for use for a fixed period of time from 13.5. 2016 to 31 December 2018.
II.
Subject Supplement No 1
As both parties have an interest in the continuation of the relationship established by the Housing Rental Treaty, they have agreed to extend the lease for a further two years, i.e. the tenant is entitled to use the apartment in question until 31 December 2020 inclusive.
The other provisions of the Housing Treaty remain unchanged.
III.
Final provisions
This Appendix 1 shall enter into force and effect on the date of signature by both Contracting Parties.
This Appendix 1 is written and signed in 2 (in words: two) copies, each of which has the validity of the original.
Each Contracting Party shall receive one copy.
Where a provision of this Appendix 1 is, or becomes, invalid or ineffective, it shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the other provisions of this Appendix 1.
In such a case, the Contracting Parties undertake to replace the invalid or ineffective provision of this Appendix No 1 with a provision in force and effective that will most correspond to the purpose of this Appendix 1.
The amendment is bilingual.
In the event of a dispute, the Czech version is crucial.
The Contracting Parties declare that Appendix No 1 has read that it agrees with its contents and that Appendix No 1 was concluded freely, seriously, not in distress under strikingly unfavourable conditions.
In evidence of these facts, the participants in this Treaty shall affix their handwritten signature.
