Appendix 1 to the Treaty on the sublease of the apartment of 13 May 2016
The following day, months and year, Marta Burešová, r. No. 695604/3017 by the apartment: Radimova 8, Prague 6, Postal Code: 169 00 as a tenant on the one hand (hereinafter referred to as "rentor") and Karolína Černá, no. 136205/891 apartment: Alfrédova 13, Prague 4, Postal Code: 142 00 as a subtenant on the other (hereinafter referred to as the "enter") as well as the “contracting parties” this Supplement No. 1 to the Treaty on the sublease of an apartment of 13 May 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Dodatek No 1”)
I.
Úvodní ustanovení
On 13 May 2016, the Treaty on the sublease of the apartment was concluded between the tenants on the one hand and the sublease on the other hand, on the basis of which the tenant left the subleases to use the apartment no. 4 (reason 49 m2) of 1+1/L in the 1st floor of the house in Prague 4, Alfrédova 13, Postal code: 142 00, k. ú. Kamýk (hereinafter referred to as the "subjectable apartment" and as well as the “Contract on the sublease of the apartment”), including the Treaty on the sublease of the apartment closer to the specified equipment and accessories.
The owner of the apartment is the housing cooperative “Apartment cooperative Alfrédova 13”, ID: 123 45 678, based in Prague 4, Kamýk, Alfrédova 13, Postal code: 142 00 (hereinafter referred to as "Apartment Cooperative").
On the basis of a statement made by the tenant in the Treaty on the sublease of the apartment, the spouse expressed the tenant (pan Martin Bureš, no.: 760305/3920) before signing the Treaty on the sublease of the apartment his consent to the conclusion of the Treaty on the sublease of the apartment.
The tenant by signing this Appendix No. 1 declares that even with this Supplement 1 he expressed his husband's consent.
In Art. III of the Treaty on the sublease of the apartment called “The Job Period” with the tenant and the subtenant agreed that the relevant apartment will be left for use for a definite period of 13. 5. 2016 until 31. 12. 2018.
II.
Subject Appendix 1
Since both contracting parties are interested in the further duration of the relationship established by the Treaty on the lease of the apartment, the lease of lease by another two years, i.e. tenant is entitled to use the apartment until 31. 12. 2020 including.
Other provisions of the Treaty on the lease of the apartment remain unchanged.
III.
Final provisions
This Appendix 1 becomes valid and effective on the day of signing both parties.
This Appendix 1 is written and signed in 2 (word: two) uniforms, each of which has the validity of the original.
Each contracting party receives one uniform.
If some provisions of this Supplement no. 1 is, or becomes invalid or ineffective, the validity or effectiveness of the other provisions of this Supplement no. 1.
In such a case, the Contracting Parties undertake to replace invalid or ineffective provisions of this Supplement No 1 provisions applicable and effective, which will match the purpose of this Supplement no. 1.
The supplement is bilingual.
In the case of a dispute, the Czech version is decisive.
The Contracting Parties declare that Appendix 1 has read that it agrees with its content and that Appendix 1 has been closed freely, seriously, not in distress for strikingly disadvantageous conditions.
The participants of this Agreement are connected to the proof of these facts.
