Appendix No. 1 to the Flat Sublease Agreement of 13 May 2016
The following day, month and year are concluded by Marta Burešová, No. 695604/3017 by the apartment: Radimova 8, Prague 6, Postal Code: 169 00 as a tenant on the one hand (hereinafter referred to as the "tenant") and Karolína Černá, No. 136205/891 by the apartment: Alfrédova 13, Prague 4, Postal Code: 142 00 as a subleasee on the other hand (hereinafter referred to as the "subleasee") together also as the "contracting parties"
The I.
Introductory provisions
On 13 May 2016, an Agreement on the sublease of an apartment was concluded between the tenant on the one hand and the subleasee on the other, on the basis of which the tenant let the subleasee use apartment No.4 (area 49 m2) of size 1+1/L on the 1st floor of the house in Prague 4, Alfrédova 13, postal code: 142 00, k. ú. Kamýk (hereinafter also referred to as the "subject flat" and hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement on the sublease of an apartment"), including in the Agreement on the sublease of a specified apartment.
The owner of the apartment in question is a housing cooperative - Alfrédova 13-Bytová družstvo, ID: 123 45 678, with its registered office in Prague 4, Kamýk, Alfrédova 13, Postal Code: 142 00 (hereinafter referred to as "Bytová družstvo").
On the basis of a statement made by the tenant in the Flat Sublease Agreement, the tenant's spouse (Mr. Martin Bureš, No.: 760305/3920) expressed his consent to the conclusion of the Flat Sublease Agreement before signing the Flat Sublease Agreement.
By signing this Appendix No. 1, the lessee then declares that her husband has also expressed his consent to this Appendix No. 1.
In Art. III of the contract for the sublease of an apartment, entitled "Period of sublease," the tenant and the subleasee agreed that the apartment in question would be left to the subleasee for use for a fixed period from 13. 5. 2016 to 31. 12. 2018.
II.
Subject of Appendix 1
As both parties are interested in continuing the relationship established by the Flat Lease Agreement, they have agreed to extend the lease for another two years, i.e. the tenant is entitled to use the apartment until 31. 12. 2020 inclusive.
The other provisions of the Housing Lease Agreement remain unchanged.
III.
Final provisions
This Appendix No. 1 shall enter into force and effect on the date of signature by both Parties.
This Appendix No 1 is drawn up and signed in two (in the words: two) copies, each of which is authentic as the original.
Each Contracting Party shall receive one copy.
In the event that any provision of this Appendix 1 is or becomes invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the other provisions of this Appendix 1.
In such a case, the Contracting Parties undertake to replace the invalid or ineffective provision of this Appendix No. 1 with a provision in force and effect which most closely corresponds to the purpose of this Appendix No. 1.
The Appendix is bilingual.
In case of dispute, the Czech version shall prevail.
The Parties declare that they have read Appendix No. 1, that they agree with its contents and that Appendix No. 1 was concluded freely, seriously, not in distress under conspicuously disadvantageous conditions.
In proof of this, the signatories to this Treaty sign in manuscript.
