Appendix 1 to the Lease Agreement of 13 May 2016
The following days, months and years are concluded by Marta Buešová, R. No. Radimova 8, Prague 6, Postal Code: 169 00 as a tenant on the one hand (hereinafter referred to as "the tenant") and Karolín Černá, r. No. 136205/891 as an apartment: Alfred 13, Prague 4, Postal Code: 142 00 as lodger on the other hand (hereinafter referred to as "the lodger") also jointly as "the contracting parties" to this Appendix 1 to the Apartment Sublease Agreement of 13 May 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "Appendix 1")
I.
Introductory provisions
On 13 May 2016, a lease agreement was concluded between the tenant on the one hand and the lodger on the other hand, on the basis of which the tenant left the tenant to use apartment 4 (area 49 m ²) of 1 + 1/L on the first floor of the house in Prague 4, Alfred 13, postal code: 141/L. oh. Kamýk (hereinafter referred to as the "Apartment Rental Agreement"), including in the Contract on the Sublease of the Apartment of Specified Equipment and Accessories.
The apartment is owned by the housing cooperative "Housing Cooperative Alfred 13," ID: 123 45 678, based in Prague 4, Kamýk, Alfred 13, Postal Code: 142 00 (hereinafter referred to as "Housing Cooperative").
On the basis of the statement made by the tenant in the Apartment Rental Agreement, the tenant's husband (Mr Martin Bureš, r. No.:  760305/3920) expressed his agreement to conclude the Apartment Rental Agreement before signing the Rental Agreement.
The lessee, by signing this Appendix 1, then declares that her husband has given his consent to this Appendix 1.
In Art. III The Lodging Agreement, entitled "Tenancy Period," agreed between the tenant and the lessee that the apartment in question would be left to the lodger for a fixed period of use from 13. 5. 2016 to 31. 12. 2018.
II.
Subject of Appendix 1
Since both parties are interested in the continuation of the relationship established by the Lease Agreement, they have agreed to extend the lease for a further two years, i.e. the tenant is entitled to use the apartment until 31. 12. 2020 inclusive.
The other provisions of the Rental Agreement remain unchanged.
III.
Final provisions
This Appendix 1 shall become effective and effective on the date of signature by both Parties.
This Appendix 1 is written and signed in 2 (two) copies, each of which has the validity of the original.
Each Contracting Party shall receive one copy.
Where a provision of this Appendix 1 is invalid or ineffective, this shall be without prejudice to the validity or effectiveness of the other provisions of this Appendix 1.
In such a case, the Contracting Parties undertake to replace the invalid or ineffective provision of this Appendix 1 with a provision which is valid and effective and most consistent with the purpose of this Appendix 1.
The appendix is bilingual.
In the event of a dispute, the Czech version is crucial.
The Parties declare that they have read Appendix 1, that they agree with its content and that Appendix 1 has been concluded freely, seriously, and not in distress under strikingly disadvantageous conditions.
In order to demonstrate these facts, the Parties to this Treaty shall attach their handwritten signature.
