Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement on the sublease of an apartment of 13 December 1998, which was signed by the Council on the application of article 107 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union 19 May 2016
The following day, months and year are concluded by Marta Burešová, r. No. 695604/3017 by the apartment: Radimova 8, Prague 6, postcode: 169 00 as a tenant on the one hand (hereinafter referred to as "the tenant") and Karolína Černá, No. 136205/891 by flat: Alfrédova 13, Prague 4, Postcode: 142 00 as a sub-tenant on the other (hereinafter referred to as the "tenant") together also as "contracting parties" this Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the subletting of the apartment of 13. 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "Appendix 1")
I.
Introductory provisions
On 13 June 2005, the Council adopted Joint Action On 15 May 2016, a contract for the sub-lease of an apartment was concluded between the tenant and the sub-tenant on the other, on the basis of which the tenant left the sub-tenant for use apartment No. 4 (acreage 49 m²) of 1+1/L in 1. above-ground floor of the house in Prague 4, Alfrédova 13, postal code: 142 00, k. ú. Kamýk (hereinafter referred to as the "apartment in question" and hereinafter referred to as the "Contract for the sublet of the apartment"), including in the Contract for the sublet of the apartment specified in the equipment and accessories.
The owner of the apartment in question is the housing cooperative "Housing cooperative Alfrédova 13", Id. No.: 123 45 678, with its registered office in Prague 4, Kamýk, Alfrédova 13, Postcode: 142 00 (hereinafter referred to as "Housing Cooperative").
On the basis of a statement made by the tenant in the Apartment Sublet Agreement, the tenant's husband (Mr. Martin Bureš, r.no. 760305/3920) expressed his agreement to conclude the Contract for the sublease of the apartment before signing the Agreement on the sublet of the apartment.
The lessee, by signing this Appendix No. 1, declares that even her husband has agreed to this Appendix No. 1.
In Article 3(1) of Regulation ( III Contracts for the sublease of the apartment, entitled 'Period of subletting', the tenant and the sub-tenant agreed that the apartment in question would be left to the sub-tenant for a fixed period from 13 January 2008 to 31 December 2004. 5. 2016 to 31. 12. 2018.
Ii.
Subject of Appendix 1
Since both parties have an interest in the continued duration of the relationship established by the Tenancy Agreement, they have agreed to extend the lease for a further two years, i.e. for a further two years. the lessee is entitled to use the apartment in question until 31 December 2006. 12. 2020 inclusive.
The other provisions of the Apartment Rental Agreement remain unchanged.
Iii.
Final provisions
This Appendix No. 1 shall take effect and take effect on the date of signature by both Contracting Parties.
This Appendix No. 1 is written and signed in 2 (in words: two) copies, each of which has the validity of the original.
Each Contracting Party shall receive one copy.
In the event that any provision of this Appendix No. 1 is, or becomes invalid or ineffective, the validity or effectiveness of the other provisions of this Appendix No. 1 shall be without prejudice to the validity or effectiveness of the other provisions of this Appendix No. 1.
In such a case, the Contracting Parties undertake to replace the invalid or ineffective provision of this Appendix No. 1 with a provision in force and effect that will best correspond to the purpose of this Appendix 1.
The appendix is bilingual.
In the event of a dispute, the Czech version is decisive.
The Contracting Parties declare that they have read Appendix 1, that they agree with its content and that Appendix 1 has been concluded freely, seriously, not in distress under conspicuously unfavourable conditions.
In order to prove these facts, the parties to this Agreement shall attach their own signature.
