Appendix No. 1 to the apartment lease agreement of 13. May 2016
The below day, month and year of closing Martha Burger, r no 695604/3017 apartment: Radimova 8, Prague 6, ZIP code: 169 00 as nájemkyně on the one hand, (hereinafter referred to as "nájemkyně") and Carolina Black, r. no 136205/891 apartment: Alfrédova 13, Prague 4, postal code 142 00 as podnájemkyně on the other side (hereinafter referred to as "podnájemkyně"), together hereinafter referred to also as the "parties" this Amendment no. 1 to the Contract for sublease of the apartment of 13. May 2016 (hereinafter referred to as " Appendix 1“)

Introductory provisions
13. in May 2016, a lease agreement was concluded between the tenant on the one hand and the tenant on the other hand, on the basis of which the tenant left the tenant to use apartment No. 4 (Area 49 m2) of 1+1/L in 1. above ground floor of the house in Prague 4, Alfrédova 13, postcode: 142 00, K. account. Kamýk (hereinafter referred to as the "apartment in question" and hereinafter referred to as the "apartment lease agreement"), including in the apartment lease agreement specified equipment and accessories.
The owner of the apartment is the housing cooperative "Housing cooperative Alfrédova 13", ID: 123 45 678, with registered office in Prague 4, Kamýk, Alfrédova 13, ZIP code: 142 00 (hereinafter referred to as "Housing cooperative").
On the basis of a statement made by the tenant in the apartment lease agreement, the tenant's husband (Mr Martin Bures, r.no: 760305/3920) expressed his agreement to the apartment lease agreement before signing the apartment lease agreement.
The tenant, by signing this Appendix 1, then declares that her husband has also agreed to this Appendix 1.
In art. III of the apartment lease agreement, called "sublease period", the tenant and the tenant agreed that the apartment in question will be left to the tenant for use for a fixed period from 13. 5. 2016 to 31. 12. 2018.
II.
Subject matter of Appendix 1
Since both parties are interested in the further duration of the relationship established by the apartment lease agreement, they have agreed to extend the lease for another two years, i.e. the tenant is entitled to use the apartment in question until 31. 12. 2020 inclusive.
Other provisions of the apartment lease agreement remain unchanged.
III.
Final provisions
This appendix no 1 shall become valid and effective on the date of signature by both parties.
This Appendix No. 1 is drawn up and signed in 2 (words: two) copies, each of which has the validity of the original.
Each contracting party shall receive one copy.
In the event that any provision of this Supplement no. 1 is, or becomes invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions of this Amendment no. 1.
The contracting parties shall in this case undertake to replace the invalid or ineffective provisions of this Appendix 1 the provisions of the applicable and effective, which will be the most appropriate to the purpose of this Supplement no. 1.
The appendix is bilingual.
In the event of a dispute, the Czech version is decisive.
The contracting parties declare that the Addendum no. 1 read, that with its contents agree and that Supplement no 1 was concluded freely, seriously, not in distress under conspicuously disadvantageous conditions.
To prove these facts, the participants in this contract attach their own signature.
