Appendix 1 to the sublease agreement of 13 May 2016
Marta Burešová, r. no. 695604 / 3017, concludes the following day, month and year with the following apartment: Radimova 8, Praha 6, postal code: 169 00 as a tenant on the one hand (hereinafter referred to as "the tenant") and Karolína Černá, r. no. 136205 / 891 with the following apartment: Alfrédova 13, Praha 4, postal code: 142 00 as a lodger on the other hand (hereinafter referred to as "the lodger") together also as "the contracting parties" this Appendix 1 to the Contract for the Sublease of the Apartment of 13 May 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "Appendix 1").
I.
Introductory Provisions
On 13 May 2016, a sublease agreement was concluded between the tenant, on the one hand, and the lodger, on the other, under which the tenant let the lodger use apartment No 4 (49 m ²) with a size of 1 + 1 / L on the 1st floor of the house in Prague 4, Alfrédova 13, postal code: 142 00, kú. Kamýk ("the apartment in question" and "the sublease agreement"), including in the sublease agreement for an apartment with specified furnishings and accessories.
The owner of the flat in question is the housing association "Housing Cooperative Alfrédova 13," IČ: 123 45 678, with its registered office in Prague 4, Kamýk, Alfrédova 13, postal code: 142 00 ("Housing Cooperative").
On the basis of the declaration made by the tenant in the sublease agreement, the husband of the tenant (Mr Martin Bureš, r. No.: 760305 / 3920) expressed his consent to the conclusion of the sublease agreement before signing the sublease agreement.
By signing this Appendix 1, the tenant then states that her husband has also given his consent to this Appendix 1.
In Article III of the sublease agreement, entitled "Period of sublease," the tenant and the subtenant agreed that the apartment in question would be left to the subtenant for use for a fixed period from 13 May 2016 to 31 December 2018.
II.
Subject of Appendix 1
As both parties are interested in the continuation of the relationship established by the lease agreement, they have agreed to extend the lease for another two years, i.e. the tenant is entitled to use the apartment until 31 December 2020 inclusive.
The other provisions of the tenancy agreement remain unchanged.
III.
Final provisions
This Appendix 1 shall enter into force and effect on the date of signature by both Parties.
This Appendix 1 is drawn up and signed in two copies, each of which has the validity of the original.
Each Contracting Party shall receive a copy.
In the event that a provision of this Appendix 1 is, or becomes, null and void, it shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the other provisions of this Appendix 1.
In such a case, the Contracting Parties undertake to replace the invalid or ineffective provision of this Appendix 1 with the provision in force and in force which is most appropriate to the purpose of this Appendix 1.
The supplement is bilingual.
In the event of a dispute, the Czech version is decisive.
The Contracting Parties declare that they have read Appendix 1, that they agree with its content and that Appendix 1 has been concluded freely, seriously, and not in distress under conspicuously unfavourable conditions.
In order to prove this, the parties to this Treaty shall affix their handwritten signature.
