    abstract = "The Department of Linguistics of the Centro Ram{\'o}n Pi{\~n}eiro para a Investigaci{\'o}n en Humanidades (C.R.P.I.H.), headed by Professor Guillermo Rojo, has developed Es-Ga, a machine translation system based on the Metal system which at the present time translates from Spanish into Galician in .rtf, .txt and .html formats. It also contains a number of programmes whose function is to deformat documents that are then translated and, once this process has finished, to reconstruct their original format. The system has a tool bar with linguistic information designed for MS-WORD, the functionality and functioning of which has proven unquestionable as an aid to the posteditor in a context of linguistic interference between two intercomprehensible languages."
